City of Dallas

The City of Dallas Black Employees Support Team (BEST) was organized 30 years ago to help Black women prepare for and promote into leadership positions at the City of Dallas, Texas.  Since then, the organziation has expanded to represent the interests of more than 4,000 African Americans employed by the City.  BEST is a resource, an advocate, and a partner with its members and the City of Dallas' executive leadership team to assure diversity and equal representation within all employment position grades and departments of the municipality.
